Does the visualization show the property's current condition?
No. Every renovated output is presented as an AI-modified renovation visual and must not be advertised as the property's current condition. We wrote about why that matters under Article 50 of the EU AI Act.
Can Renovae enhance a 360° property tour?
Yes. Upload compatible 2:1 equirectangular panoramas to create a room-to-room tour where visitors can switch between the current property and its clearly labelled AI renovation projection.
Can a published tour include a floor plan?
Yes. Draw an illustrative 2D room layout, place the property's 360 scenes on it and let visitors click a marker to move directly to that room. The plan is presented as illustrative, not measured or certified.
What kind of renovation can the pilot show?
Cosmetic changes such as furniture, finishes, paint, flooring, lighting, kitchens and bathrooms—without intentionally changing the property's structure.
Which video formats do I get?
A vertical 9:16 video for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, and a landscape 16:9 version for portals, your own website and YouTube. Both are produced from the property photos you approved.
